The nature park Lonjsko Polje covers an area over 500 square kilometers and offers the opportunity for extensive hikes, bicycle and photo tours and ever new discoveries. More than 240 species of birds, some very rare, large free-living herds of Posavina horses, many other animal species, some of which are autochthonous, and an extremely manifold flora form a world of its own far away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
